I noticed a couple of months ago this mysterious WordPress Smiley (pictured below). At the time, I didn’t bother investigating. Today I became curious so I inspected the image with FireBug. It’s a 6px by 5px gif image and it seems to contain some sort of statistical script metadata. I’m still a little curious…
It reminded me of Michael Arrington’s discovery Gmail’s Mysterious Grey Box on Techcrunch.
